Impact 100 is a non-profit organization comprised of women with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others and to make Greater Cincinnati a better place to live.  Membership is open to all women who share our goals.  We are an inclusive organization striving for diversity of all types.

Impact 100 has a minimum of 100 members (donors), who each donate $1,000 a year. The donation is due by December 31st and invested in a CD, money market or Treasury for the year. One hundred percent of the funds donated by members is returned to the community in the form of grants.  By year-end, all $100,000 (or more, depending on the exact number of members) is given to a worthy non-profit organization in the Greater Cincinnati area.  As individuals, we may not ever have the opportunity to gift on such a large scale, but collectively, we are able to make significant grants to help the community.  By pooling our resources to create one large gift, we hope to make a substantial impact on the Greater Cincinnati community.

The operating costs of the organization are paid for by interest earned on the donations as well as donations from "Friends of Impact 100", i.e. donations in amounts less than $1000, corporate donations, or matching gifts.
